When you work with the EMS Survey Team, you're customer becomes involved in the feedback loop as soon as possible. Within days after client transportation, a satisfaction survey is on it's way. Your customer can fill it out and MAIL it back. Your feedback data is collected, tabulated and stored on a HIPAA secure site. Standardized reports are available online for each participant. These reports are personalized for your needs with company specific questions to the customer and confidentially measured data showing how you measure up.
